SEAGLL
This is a residential building consisting of a ground floor,
four residential floors and attic storage space.
The ground floor hosts shops for non-food commodities
and a fitness room.
The building has solid ferroconcrete bearing structure
and brick outer walls. The main front-wall area
is treated with silicon paint. The ground level
is floored with natural stone and Granitogres tiles.
The roofs are flat and partially landscaped.
