Construction works will be
implemented in two stages.
The first stage will cover the restoration
and conservation activities and will set
the arrangement of offices, studios
and an apartment hotel.
The second stage will cover the remaining
part of the property situated in Sofroniy
Vrachanski Str. with the implementation
of office- and residential sections.
The Roman wall discovered in the property
will be preserved and showcased.
HISTORICAL REFERENCE
Archt. Manol Yordanov designed
the building of the former hotel Moskva.
At a later date, a superstructure designed
by Archt. Eng. Dimitar Radelia, of Italian
background and birth-name Damaso
Demoscalo Radelia, was added
to the building.
